Flash MX and MySQL tutorial suggestions?

Namaste,

I'm updating my computer skills by finally getting up-to-speed with Flash MX and MySQL. Do you have any great online tutorials you would suggest for either tool? Also, I'd like to learn while offline, so CD-ROMs, downloadable learning tools, etc. would also be very useful.
